Notion stuff

⁉️ Why is it showing me as a guest? Can I get workspace access?

We are on a paid Notion plan, and billing is by workspace member. Right now we have one paid seat, and everybody else is a Guest account. If we added everybody as a full workspace member it would be $10/person/month.

Guests can do everything members can do except for adding new top-level pages, and there seem to be a couple limitations with the built in forms and visibility.

So, no, you can’t get workspace access.

• Everybody in the family mailing list has edit permissions for calendar items
• When creating a new event, you can use one of our two mailing list aliases to invite groups of people without having to enter a bunch of individual email addresses. In your app, whatever your Add Guests function looks like, add one of these two aliases as a guest:

    • This will add all of this year’s campers
  • [email protected]
    • This will add this year’s campers plus our extended list
